  • Project and cost centre performance data
  • VAT, corporate tax, and compliance figures


Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, business name, email address, job title, and billing details.


Data Storage Location

Data may be stored on secure cloud servers located in the UAE.


Usage Data

Define Akeel - “Akeel is our conversational interface…”

We collect data on how you interact with the platform - such as alerts viewed, queries submitted through Akeel, and features accessed - to help us improve our service.

We do NOT collect personal data of your customers or employees, social media content, or biometric data of any kind.

We use your data solely to enhance your experience with TaxAid AI:

We do NOT use your data for advertising, and we never sell it to third parties.
